The Bridal Trial
Your trial is all about collaboration, reassurance, clarity and bringing your vision to life.
This is your opportunity to explore your bridal look in a relaxed setting, ask questions and feel completely confident in your choices well before the big day.
Trials take place in my cosy, tranquil garden studio near central Windsor. In advance of the trial you will receive my trial preparation guide to help you get the most out of the experience.
During your trial we’ll:
Talk through your wedding day, dress, venue, colour themes and overall vision
Co-create a hair and makeup look that compliments you and not just trends
Make adjustments until everything feels just right
Discuss timings, prep advice and the wedding morning schedule
Trials are a starting point for your vision, not the end result. It’s normal following a trial to want to tweak and enhance aspects of your hair and makeup look, so don’t feel bad if that’s the case! 85% of my brides have small tweaks on the day, the other 15% we nail it in the first go. Regardless, all brides leave my chair on the wedding morning feeling amazing and confident.
The Wedding Morning
The morning of your wedding my focus is you.
I arrive fully prepared, 5 minutes early, organised and ready to create a calm atmosphere ensuring everything runs smoothly. I work efficiently without rushing, keeping the morning relaxed and enjoyable for you and your gorgeous bridal party.
Your wedding morning schedule will be pre-agreed in advance so everyone knows where they need to be at what time.
For me, I like to give my brides my all on one of the biggest days of their life which means I’m exclusively yours on the day and therefore, stay with you right up until you leave to get married. I’ll be on hand for final touch ups, veil placement, and those last reassuring moments befor eyou head for the aisle.
Tip: your HMUA is usually the last person you’re in the room with before the ceremony, make sure it’s someone you connect with!
